Role play is not to be ignored!. I realised I am talking to walls when I was preaching to children on not picking up bits of paper lying around. I set into action. 

I never spoke about it for some time. I began to make it very OBVIOUS- to pick up the bits of paper lying around. Very soon a few came up to me saying that they have started doing the same. I cannot explain this heady feeling!!!
