communicate, communicate! it solves a lot of problems!

Be direct in what is to be communicated. I have my colleague who has been communicating in circles. I am helpless in offering a solution other than to listen. May be that is what she wants!

I tried to communicate in the same vein and I was exhausted. Direct approach suits me best.
